Sorry for the lack of posting last week. It has been crazy busy for me trying to focus on a number of things like programming workouts, training for the Pan AMS, wedding planning, and little things throughout my day(s). My training has been kicked up a notch and I did 9 BJJ training sessions in 5 days last week. A bit much but its what I love to do. Last Friday I tweaked my knee rolling and its been super stiff the last couple days. It’s my bad knee that I had surgery on my meniscus a year and half ago and its never been the same. Don’t know how its going to go for this week but I’ll push through and train around my injury and train smart too.
MMAWOD: Train 4-6 hours before or after your MMA training.

Stand-up: With a training partner holding mitts or on a heavy bag.

Run 200 meters @ 90% effort
30 seconds of Roundhouse kicks
30 seconds of Switch Kicks
