Strength WOD: Squat Clean 4×5 @ 65%
*Start at 65% then increase by 5lbs each set. 4 sets of 5 reps. rest 2 minutes between sets.

1st part-3 rounds-rest 1 minute after 3 rounds
5 Handstand Push-ups
15 Box Jumps 24″ men/20″ women
2 (15 ft) Rope Climbs

2 nd part-3 rounds-rest 1 minute after 3 rounds
Run 200 meters
10 Sprawls

3rd part-3 rounds
10 Pull-ups
15 Push-ups
25 Squats
