Strength WOD: Rest Day
For Stand-up, Clinch, and Ground:
AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 15 minutes
10 Weighted Pull-ups (10 RM)
15 Back Extensions
20 Double-Unders
*use weight for pull-ups that you know you can get 10 pull-ups-Dumbbell or weight belt. Set timer for 15 minutes and get as many rounds as you can.
